功能与主治:

To increase appetite, precipitate qi./Dysphagia-occlusion, beriberi .
To loosen center, precipitate qi, disperse food, resolve toxin./Dysphagia-occlusion, stomach reflux, food stagnation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, diabetes mellitus, jaundice, throat impediment, hemorrhoids, scalds.
To clear heat and resolve toxin, disinhibit throat./Throat impediment, swelling pain in throat.
To supplement qi and fortify spleen, eliminate vexation and allay thirst, check dysentery and diarrhea ./Spleen-stomach vacuity, reduced food intake, fatigue hypodynamia, vexation and thirst, diarrhea.
Treatment of retention of undigested food with abdominal distension and foul breath, weakness of the spleen and the stomach with anorexia.
